| Duties: The Budget
& Finance Committee shall assist with budget preparations and reports
for CAC programs, review program financial reports, review and approve
changes to budgets, and assist with fundraising and grant writing

| Duties: The Policy
Committee shall present to the CAC legislative information involving
family systems reform and other legislative changes affecting children and
their families; annually review the Bylaws and recommend any needed
changes to the CAC.

Duties: The Strategic
Planning Committee will assist with identifying needs; evaluating programs
and services; suggesting improvements and changes.

Strategic

Duties: The
Early Care and Education PCommittee (ECEC) oversees the implementation of Indiana
County’s Child Care Plan and the activities of the Community Engagement Grant.

The
Executive Committee shall consist of the Chair/Co-Chairs, Vice
Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Immediate Past Chair and Committee Chairs.
Executive Committee meetings may be called by the Chair or upon
request of at least three members of the Executive Committee.
Executive Committee meetings may be held to discuss and respond to
issues needing immediate attention beyond the time frames of the regularly
scheduled meetings. After reviewing issues, if immediate action is needed, a
Special Meeting of the CAC will be called.
The Executive Committee shall be responsible for oversight,
membership, nominations and personnel.
The Executive Committee meets at 1:30 PM on the 3rd
Tuesday of each month at the CYS office.
